You’ve taken the advice.

The productivity systems.
The launch plans.
The morning routines.
The funnels.
The accountability.

Some of it probably helped.

Some of it left you wondering why running your business seems harder than it’s supposed to.

I’m building a different kind of founder group.

Small enough that we know each other’s businesses.

Useful enough that you can bring the thing that is making Tuesday miserable and talk about that, not whatever lesson happens to be on the schedule.

A place to look at how you make decisions, follow through, sell, communicate, manage your workload, ask for support, and run a business around the way you work.

Not around the founder you think you’re supposed to be.

What I’m building

A small group of neurodivergent women founders who are willing to think together, say what they see, and help each other move the right things forward.

I’ll be in the room too.

I bring years of business, sales, education, and founder work, plus a late ADHD diagnosis that explained quite a few things about the way I had been trying to work.

I’m still shaping the next group.

I don’t have a start date to sell you yet.

That’s why this is a waitlist.

This might be for you if…

You’re building a real business and the standard founder playbook has never fit particularly well.

You want thoughtful people around you who will pay attention to the business, not just cheer from the sidelines.

You’re willing to question the rules you’ve inherited instead of assuming you are the problem every time something doesn’t work.

And you want to build something you can keep living with.

Join the waitlist

I’ll let the waitlist know first when I open the next group.

And I’d like to learn a little while I’m building it.

What is the hardest part of building a business around the way you work?
