They've bought the course that promised $20K months. They're halfway through implementing it when the next thing appears. So they pivot. New tool. New funnel. New strategy. Nothing gets enough time to work before something shinier replaces it. And underneath all of it is a business plan built around metrics that won't actually make them happy when they hit them.
They're not stuck because they're lazy. They're stuck because nobody has stopped them long enough to ask if they're running the right race.
What they need isn't another system. It's someone who will look at what's actually happening and tell them the truth.
